Revista Española de Lingüística (RSEL) is the flagship journal of the Sociedad Española de Lingüística (SEL). Founded in 1971, RSEL is a general-coverage journal that welcomes contributions from linguists worldwide and publishes research on all languages and all areas of linguistics and related disciplines.
RSEL publishes original research articles and book reviews. The journal also welcomes thematic special issues/sections edited by guest editors.
Publication frequency. RSEL publishes one volume per year, consisting of two issues (semiannual).
Diamond Open Access. RSEL has been an online open-access journal since 2018. All back issues are available in digital format.
No author fees. RSEL does not charge submission or publication fees (no APCs).
