Diversidad y sofisticación de colocaciones en la producción escrita de aprendices y hablantes nativos de español

El desarrollo del lenguaje formulaico en segundas lenguas (L2) ha sido analizado en estudios que señalan el uso de colocaciones como indicador fiable de competencia lingüística. Sin embargo, las colocaciones han recibido poca atención en la investigación sobre complejidad lingüística. Este estudio pretende contribuir a dicha investigación examinando la complejidad fraseológica, constructo que refiere a la diversidad y la sofisticación de las colocaciones utilizadas en la producción escrita de aprendices de nivel intermedio y avanzado y hablantes nativos de español. Se analizan las colocaciones verbo-sustantivo y sustantivo-adjetivo en dos tipos de texto: narrativo y expositivo. Los datos provienen de dos tareas de producción escrita espontánea a partir de un estímulo visual. Los resultados indican que la complejidad fraseológica aumenta con el nivel de competencia en ambos tipos de texto, pero su desarrollo varía según la estructura sintáctica. Se discuten las implicaciones de estos hallazgos para la enseñanza de L2 y se sugieren orientaciones para futuros estudios.
